About Chloe Goodchild

Chloe Goodchild is founder of The Naked Voice and its Charitable Foundation, dedicated to the transformation of human relationships through spoken and sung voice.
Since partial deafness in childhood, sound and song, as metaphor for life, became the central focus of Chloe Goodchild's life. The Naked Voice, which Chloe founded in Bristol, U.K.over 20 years ago, provides contexts in which you can directly encounter your true Self through sound. Deep unconditional listening is the key. Chloe has informed her understanding with a research of East -West voice and sound practices, influenced by travels through Africa India Turkey Europe USA and Canada.
Chloe especially loves to sing at awareness-raising and multi-media events, where the simplicity and depth of participatory devotional and mantric sound can be shared by everyone present. She has sung several times for HH Dalai Lama in the UK and at the Way of Peace in Northern Ireland; for Eve Ensler, acclaimed playwright of The Vagina Monologues, in Madison Square Gardens; and for Peace Direct at the Royal Opera House, London, after September 11th, in 2002.
Chloe has made several solo and compilation albums, notably Devi, Sura (Grammy-nominated), and Fierce Wisdom. She has recorded with several major film, jazz, contemporary and classical musicians and composers, notably John Tavener, and Angelo Badalamenti. Chloe has also collaborated with Sounds True Publishers, USA, on some new Naked Voice educational voice and sound recordings - Your Naked Voice, and Awakening Through Sound.
